Position Details:
Job Title: Dispatch Executive
Working Hours: EST 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Mode: In-office (Ahmedabad)
Compensation: ₹4,20,000 – ₹4,80,000 per annum (CTC)
Core Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer and location service requests, ensuring timely assessment, prioritization, and resolution.
Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch service technicians for all operational activities, including service calls, swaps, add-ons, new installations, pre-installs, and removals.
Monitor and maintain real-time dispatch schedules, adjusting routes and priorities as required to meet service level expectations.
Create, manage, and close dispatch tickets and work orders, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates across all relevant platforms.
Communicate service details, priorities, and diagnoses to technicians and provide post-service debriefs to confirm job completion and outcomes.
Liaise with customers, locations, technicians, data teams, and leadership to confirm availability, address concerns, and provide status updates.
Review operational and performance data to support service decisions and validate equipment changes in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure accurate tracking of equipment, service outcomes, and incomplete work orders, including documented reasons for delays or non-completion.
Forecast short-term workload and coordinate daily and next-day scheduling, including alignment with after-hours operations.
Maintain organized records of high-priority requests and provide regular operational updates and reports to management.
Skills & Experience:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Problem-solving ability with attention to detail
Basic familiarity with CRM, GPS, and dispatch software
Prior call center or dispatch experience preferred
