Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Support Engineer, based in Bengaluru. The Help Desk Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users. Tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing printer support, and maintaining system performance. The role requires a proactive approach to ensuring IT systems operate smoothly and efficiently to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Excellent in communication.
- Min 3 years experience in Service Desk.
- Experience in Help Desk Support, including responding to user support requests and resolving technical issues.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting common system, network, and software challenges.
- Knowledge and expertise in managing Computer Hardware and Printer Support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL are a plus.
- Prior experience in IT support within a corporate or enterprise environment is advantageous.
