🔹 Role: Service Desk Lead
🔹 Experience Required:
• 8+ years in Technical Support / Service Desk
• Minimum 2+ year experience as a Team Lead
• Bachelor’s Degree (Any Graduate)
🔹 Technical Skills:
✔ Working knowledge of Active Directory
✔ Exchange & Office 365 (O365) troubleshooting
✔ Strong Technical Support expertise
✔ Excellent customer service & communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong leadership & team handling skills
