Job title: Service Desk Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues via phone, email, or ticketing system
Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests in tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, network connectivity, and applications
Provide support for Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments
Perform password resets, account unlocks, and user access management (Active Directory)
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/Level 3 support teams
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and processes
Ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Assist in onboarding/offboarding by setting up and decommissioning user accounts and devices
Provide remote support using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop
