Work Mode : Hybrid

Experience required: 3-8 years

Location: Pune

Immediate or early joiners are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Analyze application requirements and prepare packaging strategy based on deployment standards.

Package applications using tools like AdminStudio, InstallShield, ORCA, or MSIX Packaging Tool.

Create silent installation packages (MSI, EXE, App-V, MSIX) for Windows environments.

Perform application testing in UAT and production environments to ensure compatibility and stability.

Collaborate with software vendors and internal teams to resolve packaging issues.

Maintain documentation for packaging procedures, version control, and deployment records.

Ensure compliance with security and configuration standards.

Automate packaging and deployment workflows using PowerShell & Group wrapper.

Support SCCM/Intune deployment and troubleshoot installation failures
