Job Description-
Strong understanding of Windows OS.
Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, VPN).
Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
Familiarity with remote support tools.
Understanding of Incident, Request, Problem, and Change concepts.
Awareness of SLA, priority, and impact
