Job Discerption:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 / Level 2 technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, and basic networking
- Manage and track incidents using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems
- Troubleshoot Active Directory issues (user accounts, password resets, group policies)
- Support email systems (e.g., Outlook, Office 365)
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes
- Ensure adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreements)
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding (user account setup, asset allocation)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic server environments
Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN)
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with ITIL processes
- Basic knowledge of security practices (antivirus, access control)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
