We are hiring for the position of Mandarin Procurement & SAP Supply Chain Specialist for a leading organization.
Location: Pune / Nagpur / Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time

1st Round – Virtual Interview
2nd Round – Face-to-Face Interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement and P2P operations
- Handle strategic sourcing and vendor management activities
- Work closely with China-based suppliers and global stakeholders
- Support SAP MM, SAP Ariba, and SAP S/4HANA procurement processes
- Coordinate contract negotiations, RFQs, and procurement documentation
- Ensure SLA compliance and process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for procurement transformation initiatives
Required Skills:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong experience in Procurement / Supply Chain Operations
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of P2P processes, sourcing, and vendor management
- Experience with JIRA, Signavio, and procurement reporting tools is preferred
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
