Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Service Desk Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support, troubleshooting, and managing customer service requests. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues, ensuring optimal client satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication within the support team and with end-users.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- English is mandatory
- Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing and resolving issues
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of IT systems, including Office 365 and Microsoft Teams, is a key advantage
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA are an added benefit
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges
