We're looking for
Service Desk Analysts!
Responsibilities
- Provide support to users through calls, emails, chat platforms, and internal support tools
- Manage user queries, service requests, and operational concerns within defined response and resolution timelines
- Troubleshoot application, system, software, and connectivity-related issues effectively
- Maintain accurate records of support activities, issue updates, resolutions, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex issues in a timely manner
- Monitor incoming support requests and ensure proper tracking, follow-up, and closure of cases
- Assist with daily operational support tasks and service coordination activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and enhance user experience
- Support user access management, account-related activities, and application assistance requests
- Stay updated on internal systems, tools, and operational procedures to deliver effective support
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and service quality
