Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Service Desk Analyst located in Bengaluru South. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for delivering technical support to internal and external stakeholders, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving technical queries. Daily tasks include addressing customer service requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and promptly resolving incidents to minimize downtime and disruptions. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to established service level agreements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify problems, determine root causes, and develop efficient solutions.
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to provide excellent support to users and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in IT Service Management tools and familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications, such as ITIL Foundation or equivalent, are advantageous.
