Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Key Requirements
- 13+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to Service Delivery / Operations Management
- Proven experience in the Logistics / Shipping domain is mandatory
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for service-related discussions
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across processes
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and engagement
- Govern ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective actions where required
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives
- Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
