We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Delivery Manager to oversee and ensure the seamless delivery of IT services across applications and systems, aligning operational output with business objectives. This role will serve as the central point of contact for managing service delivery, supporting deployments, and resolving incidents while maintaining high performance and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end release lifecycle for all DMS applications
- Coordinate release planning across squads, including timelines, dependencies, and risk assessments
- Validate the readiness of packaged components and environments prior to deployment
- Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to manage deployments
- Maintain release documentation, change logs, and rollback procedures
- Monitor performance and coordinate issue resolution if needed
- Support environment management and configuration alignment across development, test, and production
- Facilitate release-related meetings and communication across stakeholders
- Ensure application architecture, interfaces, and dependencies are correctly documented and maintained
- Guarantee the stability, availability, and performance of the application(s)
- Manage incident resolution and follow-up with technical teams
- Ensure the application complies with IT standards, security guidelines, and governance processes
- Support audits, risk assessments, and lifecycle reviews
- Act as the main point of contact between business teams, development squads, and IT operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar; Master's degree preferred
- 12-15 years of general IT experience with at least 5+ years in Service Delivery Management
- Strong understanding of enterprise application deployment processes
- Experience managing releases in environments using Tomcat, SOAP, REST, and messaging systems
- Experience with environment configuration and version control (VTOM, Config batch, script/SQL)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with an ability to coordinate across teams
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, at a B2 level
Nice to have
- Proficiency in utilizing Gen AI tools (e.g., GHCP, CodeMie) in SDLC cycles
