Role Overview
We are looking for a Service Delivery Lead – Wintel to drive end-to-end delivery governance for Windows infrastructure services. This role focuses on L3 delivery support, SLA management, stakeholder coordination, and continuous service improvement across operations and projects.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery governance for Wintel infrastructure (Windows Server, AD, VMware, backup, monitoring)
- Act as L3 lead for incidents, problem management, and major changes
- Drive service reviews, SLA/KPI tracking, and reporting
- Lead Wintel projects (upgrades, migrations, patching, server refresh)
- Manage risks, escalations, and cross-team coordination
- Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness
- Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements
- Handle transition management & onboarding of new services

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2012–2022), AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO
- Experience in service delivery, ITIL processes & SLA management
- Exposure to VMware / virtualization environments
- Hands-on with incident, change, and problem management tools (ServiceNow, etc.)
- Experience in stakeholder management & reporting

- PMO tools (Jira, MS Project)
