Role Description
As a Service Delivery Lead, you will oversee the effective execution of telecom projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, monitoring project progress, and addressing any operational challenges. You will be expected to build strong relationships with stakeholders, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring proactive leadership and a focus on aligning projects with overarching organizational goals.
Qualifications
