Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Delivery Lead located in Bengaluru. The Service Delivery Lead will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensure customer success, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams to ensure adherence to project goals, resolving operational challenges, ensuring compliance with service levels, and optimizing processes for effective delivery. Additionally, the role involves guiding cross-functional collaboration to support customer expectations and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with project and service delivery management in cloud computing or IT services
- In-depth knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms, including architecture and deployment best practices
- Experience with team coordination, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, problem resolution, and requirements gathering
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Practical experience with monitoring tools and operational frameworks, such as ITIL, is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in project management or cloud solutions (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus
