Service Delivery Leader

Role Description
This role is responsible for envisaging and implementing the highest business standards and industry best practices across all departments/studios
Responsibilities
A thorough knowledge of the following is mandatory for the person.
Client Retention
- Works with internal and external clients, understanding client needs and pitching solutions & processes.
- Maintain strong, professional, service-oriented relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and maintain effective prospective clients and existing relationships while ensuring all jobs/projects meet client KPIs and SLAs. This will necessitate an effective team working with the studio teams and other departments.
- Take a solutions-oriented and consultative approach to ensure clients’ needs are accurately met.
- Determine an efficient communication procedure to alert account management teams of issues that impact client delivery or service.
Adherence to ISO Standards:
- Lead by example and maintain the highest standards of processes in accordance with the ISO systems, which are updated on a regular basis, along with documentation of the processes.
- Plan and manage all jobs/projects effectively to meet client and ISO objectives.
- Proactively develop and improve processes to service clients.
Year –on- Year Efficiency:
- Maintain exceptional quality through best practices, having good attention to detail, and delivering all work to a high level of accuracy.
- Manage their time and resources effectively, having a proactive approach and working on their own initiative, consistently meeting or exceeding annual target efficiency and KPI figures.
- Ensures timely development and execution of plans and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved on budget, on purpose, and on schedule.
- Delivers strategic communication solutions that help our clients attain their marketing and communications objectives.
- Strategize a plan to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team on a year-on-year basis and ensure execution of all activities to achieve high standards of performance.

Preferred Qualification & Experience
- 8-10 years of relevant experience leading a team.
- Graduate or Postgraduate with 7 - 8 years or more of experience in a similar field (especially at the managerial level)
- A diploma in multimedia and graphic design from a reputed institute will be an advantage
- Extensive experience in packaging, artworking, and studio management
