About the Role :
As a Lead – Service Delivery and Academics, you will own academic implementation excellence across multiple customer accounts while leading a team of Specialists. You will bridge strategy and field execution by driving customer engagement, ensuring high-quality implementation, coaching team members, resolving escalations, and improving customer success metrics across your territory. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy leading teams, developing people, solving customer challenges, and driving operational excellence in educational delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and coach a team of Specialists to deliver consistent academic implementation.
• Plan and monitor weekly school visit schedules and customer engagement.
• Own L1 customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct advanced academic training and coaching sessions for schools.
• Drive implementation quality, customer adoption, and learning outcomes.
• Monitor Customer Facing Time (CFT), Visit Effectiveness, and project compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in teacher training, instructional design, and facilitation, particularly in early childhood or primary education.
- Ability to create and adapt training materials, manuals, and presentations to suit diverse learner profiles and regional contexts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate adult learners.
- Experience in classroom observation, coaching, and providing constructive feedback to educators and school leaders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple training programs, school visits, and stakeholder coordination.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for training delivery, documentation, and reporting (e.g., office productivity software, online communication platforms).
- Prior experience in preschool or early childhood education settings is highly beneficial; familiarity with play-based or activity-based learning is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field; advanced certifications in teacher training or pedagogy are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel in the Mysore Area and occasionally to other regions as required for training and school support.
