Instructional Designer II

As an Instructional Designer II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions for our organization. This includes creating engaging and effective training materials, leveraging the latest instructional design methodologies and technologies. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure that our training programs meet the needs of our learners and align with our business goals. Key responsibilities include:- Conducting needs assessments and learning analyses to identify performance gaps and learning objectives- Designing and developing engaging e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and other learning assets- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven improvements- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design- Providing guidance and support to other members of the training and development team
