Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Coordinator role located in Vadodara. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth communication between teams, responding to client inquiries, and managing customer service activities. Additional tasks include coordinating service schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer concerns, while maintaining clear channels of communication with stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Service Coordination and Operations Management to ensure efficient service delivery and task execution.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to maintain professional interactions and resolve client concerns effectively.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build collaborative relationships with team members and clients.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and address challenges efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the MRI/CT or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
