Role Description The Service Coordinator role at Rabatex Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Service Coordinator will schedule and coordinate service activities, manage technician assignments, and ensure timely installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery at customer locations. This role includes communicating with clients to understand service needs, providing updates on service status, and resolving routine service-related issues. The Service Coordinator will collaborate with operations, sales, and technical teams to optimize service workflows, maintain accurate service records, and support continuous improvement of service processes.
