Plumbing Service Technician

Overview: Responsibilities:

What Will I do?

• Perform Water Heater flush calls, Diagnostics, plumbing safety audits, and drain cleaning calls with utmost precision and efficiency.
• Utilize the Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships to sell parts directly from the truck to customers.
• Set leads and sell Water Heaters, Water Filtration, Sewer Laterals, and Home Re-pipe jobs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from lead generation to the sales process for larger projects.
• Adhere to established safety protocols and guidelines during all plumbing tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, ensuring timely and thorough documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and advancements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

Do I have What it Takes?

• 2+ yrs proven experience in plumbing services, including diagnostics and drain cleaning.
• Excellent knowledge of plumbing safety standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales experience or willingness to learn sales processes.
• Familiarity with Upfront Pricing Guide and MVP memberships is a plus.
