Position Summary
As a Services Associate, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the Personal Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau, AWS QuickSight, and Microsoft Excel
- Pulling and consolidating data from multiple systems to support reporting, analysis, and business insights
- Performing data analysis and reporting on relevant topics as required by stakeholders and project needs
- Participating in user acceptance testing to analyze output generated from systems under development
- Supporting compliance tracking, metrics analysis, research activities, and special projects as needed
- Supporting managers and team members with maintenance activities and execution of defined processes based on manuals and guidance
The team
The Personal Data Analytics team is responsible to assist Risk and Brand Protection teams with technical solutions to support the Deloitte U.S. Firms’ compliance with various Regulators.
In Hyderabad, the Personal Data Analytics team is part of the Risk & Brand Protection (R&BP) group within the Enabling Areas which is responsible for certain strategic, regulatory, risk and compliance driven operations. These operations include assistance in the areas of independence of the firm, its Partners and its employees along with managing risk and maintaining databases which complement compliance monitoring functions.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MCA, B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc . in Data Analytics, or M.Sc . in Data Analytics
- 2-3 years of experience in data analytics
- Experience using Tableau, including complex calculations, Tableau Prep, and interactive dashboard development
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, lookups, pivot tables, and macros
- Experience creating ad hoc reports and visualizations using data from multiple systems
- Experience preparing functional or analytical specification documentation using Word, PowerPoint, or OneNote
Preferred:
- Experience with AWS QuickSight
- Experience with SQL for ad hoc reporting using SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or Access
- Data analytics certifications or coursework
- Experience supporting compliance tracking, metrics analysis, or reporting processes
