Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Palghar for a Service Assistant/Engineer specializing in mechanical and hydraulic-driven cranes and aerial equipment. The role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and technical support for clients, ensuring equipment is functioning optimally. The candidate will collaborate with team members to address service needs, inspect and troubleshoot machinery, and handle administrative assistance as required. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction will be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Customer service and customer satisfaction focus to ensure positive client experiences.
- Administrative assistance capabilities for maintaining service records, reports, and other operational tasks.
- Technical expertise in mechanical and hydraulic systems related to cranes and aerial equipment is a key requirement.
- Ability to work in a challenging on-site environment and adapt to dynamic service needs.
- Prior experience in similar roles is preferred, along with relevant technical certifications or a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
