Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service and Maintenance Head responsible for managing the operations and maintenance of EV charging stations. The position is based in Kochi and involves overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring service quality and uptime of stations, handling customer escalations, and coordinating with other departments. The role also includes monitoring the performance of equipment, budgeting for maintenance costs, and improving operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance data, diagnose technical issues, and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams, partners, and customers effectively.
- Customer service expertise for managing escalations and ensuring service excellence.
- Experience in sales and a track record of identifying growth opportunities within service operations.
- Basic financial knowledge to manage budgets and maintenance costs effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with EV infrastructure and charging technologies is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
