Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Golf Cart Service Advisor to manage service operations for electric golf carts. The candidate will coordinate between customers and the workshop team, ensuring timely service, maintenance, and repair of golf carts while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers and understand service or breakdown issues related to golf carts.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair/maintenance details clearly.
- Coordinate with technicians for inspection, diagnosis, and repair work.
- Provide service estimates and obtain customer approval before work execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of serviced golf carts.
- Maintain service records and follow-up schedules.
- Handle warranty claims and AMC-related services.
- Promote spare parts, battery replacements, and maintenance packages.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and workshop coordination.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / Graduation (Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical preferred).
- 1–2years experience in automobile, EV, or golf cart servicing.
- Basic knowledge of electric vehicles, batteries, controllers, and wiring. se
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Computer knowledge (Excel, billing software).
Skills Required:
- Technical understanding of electric golf cart systems.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Strong coordination skills with workshop team.
- Customer relationship management.
- Target & service-oriented mindset.
Preferred:
- Experience in EV segment.
- Field service coordination experience.
- Knowledge of lithium battery systems
