Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor position located in Chennai. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless matchmaking experience for customers. Responsibilities include actively understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring aftersales satisfaction through efficient support and communication. The role requires a proactive attitude in delivering excellent customer-focused services to build long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients across various platforms
  • Experience in Aftersales services and maintaining customer relationships
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Prior experience in the service industry or related roles is an advantage
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not mandatory
  • Fluency in English and local languages is beneficia

Eligibility: HSC Pass | Age 22–37
Experience: Min. 1 year (Customer Service / Renewals / Upselling)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 In-hand (Based on experience)
Shifts: Rotational Weekday Offs (Mon-Fri) | Females: 10 AM – 7 PM | Males: 12 PM – 9 PM
