Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for coordinating directly with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and effective service delivery. Daily tasks include assessing customer vehicle requirements, providing aftersales support, communicating repair and maintenance recommendations, and maintaining records of repair operations and customer feedback to improve processes and experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service practices
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and knowledge in Aftersales processes is essential
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers to ensure trust and satisfaction
- Problem-solving skills with the capacity to address and resolve customer concerns effectively
- A customer-first mindset and dedication to delivering high-quality service
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a related field is preferred
