📌 Position: Service Advisor
📍 Location: Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar
💼 Experience: 1+ Years
🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
🏢 Industry: Automobile / Dealership preferred
💰 CTC: Up to ₹3.60 LPA
🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer vehicle service requirements and prepare job cards & estimates.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely repairs.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress and delivery timelines.
• Ensure quality service and timely vehicle delivery.
• Explain repairs, billing and insurance-related details to customers.
• Maintain service records and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
✅ Requirements
• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership.
• Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle service & repair operations.
• Valid 4-Wheeler Driving Licence is mandatory.
