Client Support Intern (Onsite - Dehradun)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Account Manager Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their escalations related to our products and services, provide excellent support during query resolution, recommend effective solutions, and guide users through various features and functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific product features.
- Maintain and update internal databases with customer issues and resolution details.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.
- Collect and share customer feedback with the internal team to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking. A proactive learner with a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Previous internship experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus (not mandatory).
