- Strong experience in ServiceNow Service Portal development.

- Exposure to ITOM, ITAM, SAM/HAM, and CSDM frameworks.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, or CAD are preferred.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
