About the role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process within the organization. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of talent acquisition and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in developing job descriptions Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage job postings and candidate applications Conduct research to identify potential candidates and build talent pipelines Coordinate interviews and assessments, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with candidates Assist in onboarding processes for new hires Support employee relations activities and contribute to succession planning efforts Qualifications Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and best practices Experience with HR software such as UltiPro or Kronos is a plus Knowledge of technical recruiting methods and talent management principles Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
