About the role
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, reporting and managing data to support SEPTA Transit Police operations. To develop reports for tracking, monitoring and archiving Police crime data to assist management in monitoring the quality of services provided.
Collect, ensure accuracy, and input information for maintenance and analysis of Police operation data.
Design, implement, and maintain trend reports for Police data to be utilized as a management tool.
Upgrade existing databases, trend reports, and operations reports based on new or revised collection methods and programs.
Compile, analyze data and generate customized reports in response to on-going departmental needs and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and analyze operations and trend report data for external groups.
Perform other duties as assigned
