The Opportunity

You Will Also Be Responsible For
- Supporting the Trading Team with maintaining and updating key business documents, such as the Macro Plan and Weekly Creative Doc, ensuring all trading updates are accurately recorded.
- Conducting site checks to verify that promotions and offers are correctly displayed across key site areas, including the homepage, strip banners, offers page, and category pages.
- Performing user journey testing on both the app and website to ensure a smooth customer experience and that promotions are working as intended.
- Assisting with setting up promotional codes and sitewide gift-with-purchase (GWP) offers, ensuring availability and accuracy.
- Conducting stock checks for GWPs and providing updates to the wider team on availability.
- Monitoring competitor activity, including app and omni-channel offers, and identifying opportunities for Sephora to stay competitive.
- Supporting the setup of category events, working closely with category assistants to ensure timely execution of GWP promotions and event shop builds.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in ecommerce performance and consumer insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or errors.
- Great communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, eager to take initiative.
- Basic understanding of digital tools, Content Management Systems (CMS), and promotional planning (a plus but not required).

What You Need To Know
- You currently have the valid right to work in the UK.
- The internship is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), with an anticipated start date of July 2025.
- This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square, London, and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week.
