You will shine here if you enjoy... Collaborating with stakeholders (including users, business and internal teams) to understand their needs and form clear product scopes – playing the key role between our commercial teams and our technology teams, incorporating business needs and requests into our technology implementations. Supporting in maintaining the product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date, prioritised, and reflective of the product vision. Bridging the communication between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring that there is alignment on (technology) product requirements and priorities. Supporting product launches and iterating on features based on performance data and user feedback. Key Projects: Supporting the revamp of the Rewards Boutique, enhancing the visibility of Beauty Pass benefits and driving the use of beauty profile information to enhance discovery pages. Skincredible+ reverse lookup and recommendation enhancements to our consumer journey.
