About the role

Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business. The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months. LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units. Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship. As the Category & Brand Operations Summer Intern, you will gain exposure to how our teams support key organizational initiatives by identifying areas to optimize across categories and brand programs impacted by Sephora's brand partners. Reporting to the Brand Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting multiple categories, programs and future strategy of category and brand education in store.

About the company

Every day, our teams across the world bring to life our purpose: to expand the way the world sees beauty by empowering the ExtraOrdinary in each of us.
