About the role

As our Human Resource Business Partner, Retail you will report the HR Manager and support the following client groups: Regional Director, District Managers, Store Leaders, and Store employees. You will be a key strategic partner for leadership and a valuable resource for the team. This is a remote market-based position, candidates must reside in Los Angeles County. Sephora Core Competencies: Client Focus, Collaborates, Drives Results, and Manages Ambiguity Job Responsibilities: Supports HR strategies to meet the region and retail stores business goals Operates as an advisor, thought partner, and consultant. Coach managers and leaders on making great people decisions Provides HR expertise in the areas of performance feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, people related strategies, promotions, and compensation Knows how to analyze HR Data and market trends to determine ways to improve and influence decisions Works collaboratively and effectively with business partners and our Centers of Excellence Knows the value of culture and the employee experience Lead core HR processes Demonstrate our Sephora values: Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.
