Job Profile:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Team Lead to manage and strengthen our Seo team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring advanced SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall online visibility.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, client handling experience, and hands-on SEO expertise to efficiently manage projects, clients, and team members.

💼 Experience Required: 3+ Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SEO team to achieve project goals and performance targets
- Handle team coordination, task allocation, and performance monitoring
- Develop and implement effective On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits
- Monitor website rankings, traffic performance, and SEO KPIs
- Plan and execute backlink building strategies
- Coordinate with content writers, developers, and designers for SEO implementation
- Handle client calls and client chats professionally to discuss project updates and requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely communication
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and latest SEO trends
- Prepare SEO reports and performance updates for management and clients
- Train and mentor junior team members for skill development and process improvement
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts, ranking factors, and search engine algorithms
- Hands-on experience in handling multiple SEO projects
- Excellent team handling and leadership skills
