Role Description
We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead for an on-site, full-time position in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves overseeing and implementing SEO strategies by conducting keyword research, executing on-page optimization, handling link-building campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. The SEO Team Lead will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to clients’ websites while guiding and mentoring the SEO team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Keyword Research and expertise in selecting relevant and impactful search terms.
- Experience in Link Building and creating effective strategies to enhance backlink profiles.
- Solid knowledge of On-Page SEO techniques, including site structure, meta tags, and content optimization.
- Understanding of Web Analytics tools to evaluate website performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong background in Marketing with an ability to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to manage a team and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience in leading SEO teams and delivering successful results in competitive markets.
