Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager with strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page, and Off-Page optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving search rankings, and enhancing website performance across search engines.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and rankings
- Perform in-depth technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals, structured data, etc.)
- Optimize website content through on-page SEO (meta tags, internal linking, keyword optimization, content structuring)
- Lead off-page SEO initiatives including high-quality link building, outreach, and digital PR
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor and improve website health, including resolving crawl errors, broken links, and indexing issues
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
- Track, analyze, and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
- Drive continuous improvement in organic conversions, traffic, and ROI
Key Requirements:- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO
- Proven track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic growth
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with developers and content teams
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in e-commerce or high-traffic websites
- Knowledge of international SEO and multilingual websites
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and site performance optimization
- Basic understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
