We need an SEO person. Not someone who watched a few tutorials and calls themselves an expert. Someone who actually understands how search works today.
You should know both SEO and GEO. Search is shifting fast. AI is part of the process now. If you already use AI tools to plan, research, and work faster, you will fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing- Plan and execute SEO strategies
- Prepare a clear SEO action plan and roadmap
- Work on on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
- Do keyword research and competitor analysis
- Improve website structure and internal linking
- Optimize content for search engines and AI search
- Track rankings, traffic, and performance
- Use AI tools to improve research, workflows, and content
- Share a short weekly progress report on work completed and results
What We Expect- Proven SEO experience (no freshers)
- Strong understanding of SEO and modern search trends including GEO
- Ability to create and execute a structured SEO plan
- Clear weekly reporting on progress and outcomes
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
- Self-starter who works independently
- Someone who knows what they are doing and takes ownership
