Role Overview
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for driving organic growth for GoZen’s websites and product pages by improving search visibility, traffic quality, and conversions. You will work closely with content, product marketing, and growth teams to build and execute data-driven SEO strategies aligned with our AI-powered marketing suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase qualified organic traffic and sign-ups.
- Own keyword research, clustering, and mapping for product-led and content-led pages.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO elements (indexation, crawlability, site speed, schema, etc.).
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and product content focused on demand capture and demand creation.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and implement recommendations to improve rankings and user experience.
- Track and report performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Identify link-building and digital PR opportunities; coordinate outreach where relevant.
- Stay up to date with search engine algorithms, AI-search trends, and best practices, and translate them into actionable experiments.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or product-led companies.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience working with tools such as GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and convert them into clear action plans.
- Familiarity with content marketing, CRO, and marketing funnels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
