Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to improve our website’s visibility on Google and drive high-quality organic traffic.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure our website ranks in the Top 5 positions on Google for high-intent, relevant search terms related to our business.
Important: This is not a software engineering or web development role. We are strictly looking for SEO professionals with proven ranking experience.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-intent search opportunities
- Perform competitor analysis to uncover ranking gaps
- Execute on-page SEO optimizations (titles, meta tags, headings, internal linking, content structure)
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies focused on ranking improvement
- Build high-quality backlinks through manual outreach and ethical (white-hat) methods
- Monitor and analyze keyword rankings, organic traffic, and performance metrics
- Identify and fix basic technical SEO issues (indexing, site structure, page speed, etc.)
Success Metrics- Achieving Top 5 rankings for targeted business-relevant search terms
- Consistent growth in organic traffic
- Improved overall search visibility and domain authority
Requirements- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Proven track record of ranking relevant search terms in Top 5 or Top 10 positions (must provide examples)
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
- Solid understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO
- Ability to work independently with a performance-focused mindset
Engagement Details- Type: Contract to Hire / Remote
- Duration: Ongoing (based on performance)
