We are looking for an SEO Specialist who can manage multiple websites, execute SEO strategies efficiently, and actively contribute to improving the Raechal AI platform through feedback and real-world testing.
Role Overview
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing 3+ websites simultaneously. You will use Raechal AI as your primary SEO operating system to identify issues, implement recommendations, monitor performance, and help shape the future of the product.
This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO deeply, enjoys working with AI-powered tools, and wants to be at the forefront of AI Search Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SEO strategy and execution for 3+ websites simultaneously.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, metadata, schema markup, and internal linking structures.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, impressions, and conversions.
- Track visibility across both traditional search engines and AI search platforms.
- Use Raechal AI to audit websites, prioritize actions, and implement improvements.
- Test new features within Raechal AI and provide detailed feedback.
- Suggest product enhancements based on practical SEO use cases.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and emerging AI search trends.
- Generate weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SEO experience.
- Proven experience handling multiple websites simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of:
- On-Page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Off-Page SEO
- Local SEO
- Schema Markup
- Internal Linking
- AI Search Optimization (preferred)
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
