We are looking for a passionate SEO Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, improve search engine rankings, generate high-quality institutional leads, and support our growth across multiple education-focused platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility across IAE websites.
2. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities in the higher education sector.
3. Increase organic website traffic through ethical, white-hat SEO practices.
4. Perform on-page SEO optimization for service pages, landing pages, blogs, and institutional resources.
5. Execute off-page SEO campaigns and build high-quality backlinks from authoritative educational and industry websites.
6. Optimize website images and multimedia content for search visibility and performance.
7. Manage and optimize Google Business Profile and Google Maps presence.
8. Improve local search rankings and institutional visibility.
9. Create, optimize, and publish 5 SEO-friendly blogs, articles, case studies, or web pages every month related to NAAC, NBA, NIRF, Accreditation, Rankings, Research, and Higher Education.
10. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
11. Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable recommendations.
12. Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and web developers to execute SEO initiatives effectively.
13. Optimize website technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
14. Identify opportunities to generate qualified institutional leads through organic search.
Required Skills1. Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
2. Expertise in keyword research, technical SEO, and competitor analysis.
3. Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
4. Good understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
5. Knowledge of schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and indexing.
6. Experience in Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
7. Strong content optimization, internal linking, and backlink-building skills.
8. Understanding of SEO for educational institutions, consulting services, and B2B marketing is preferred.
9. Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to stay updated with Google's latest algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
Preferred Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
2. Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, or other SEO certifications are an added advantage.
3. Experience working with educational institutions, higher education consulting firms, universities, or EdTech organizations is preferred.
4. Knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization techniques is an advantage.
