Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven SEO Specialist who understands that rankings mean nothing without conversions.
This role is a blend of SEO + high-impact content writing, where your primary goal is to drive traffic that converts into users, leads, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy (on-page + content-led SEO)
- Create high-conversion content (blogs, landing pages, app content, financial articles)
- Conduct keyword research with conversion intent, not just traffic
- Optimize content for CTR, dwell time, and lead generation
- Write SEO-driven content that ranks AND converts (no fluff writing)
- Work closely with product & marketing teams to improve funnel performance
- Track and improve organic conversions, rankings, and traffic quality
- Perform competitor analysis and identify content gaps
- Continuously experiment with titles, hooks, and CTAs
What We’re Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in SEO + Content Writing
- Strong understanding of search intent & conversion psychology
- Proven ability to rank content on Google
- Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Excellent writing skills (clear, crisp, persuasive)
- Highly analytical and numbers-driven mindset
- Someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and experiments aggressively
