About The Role
We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Specialist & Outreach Expert who can manage traditional SEO while driving visibility across AI-powered search platforms and answer engines.
The candidate should have strong technical SEO skills, authority-building experience, and understanding of modern search trends including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Minimum Requirements
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including outreach and influencer marketing.
- Strong expertise in tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GTM
- Proven success acquiring high-quality backlinks from relevant authoritative sources.
- Experience creating scalable outreach processes and email sequences for influencer marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with developers and digital teams.
Role Expectations
- Own End-to-End Organic Growth Strategy Plan and execute SEO strategy to increase rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation across all priority course and certification pages.
- Modern Search Optimization (AI + Search Engines) Optimize website content for traditional search engines and AI-driven search experiences, ensuring visibility in featured snippets, zero-click results, and AI-generated answers.
- Technical SEO Management Conduct regular site audits and fix crawl issues, indexing errors, duplicate content, page speed problems, internal linking gaps, and structured data implementation.
- Advanced Keyword Research & Intent Mapping Identify high-impact keyword opportunities using search intent analysis, clustering, and competitive research aligned with business goals.
- Content Optimization & Topical Authority Building Work with content teams to optimize blogs, landing pages, and course pages using structured headings, FAQs, and strong internal linking frameworks.
- High-Quality Outreach & Influencer marketing Develop and execute outreach campaigns to secure authoritative backlinks through guest posts, partnerships, digital PR, and industry collaborations.
- Social Media & SEO Alignment Support organic visibility through SEO-aligned social media strategies (LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, etc.) to improve brand authority, engagement, and referral traffic.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor rankings, traffic, backlinks, AI referral sources, and conversions. Provide regular performance reports with clear action plans.
- Competitor & Market Monitoring Track competitor movements, algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging search behaviors to adjust strategy proactively.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams Work closely with content, development, paid media, and social teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives.
