About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in organic search and a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic, improve search rankings, and contribute to pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
and target audience.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to
identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website architecture, content, and landing pages for search engines and
user experience.
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, and web development teams to
ensure SEO best practices are integrated.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search
Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry
developments.
• Manage technical SEO audits and recommend fixes for crawlability, indexation, and
site speed.
• Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and
rankings.
• Support international SEO efforts, including hreflang implementation and geotargeting.
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
• Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Familiarity with content marketing and demand generation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS company.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Understanding of paid search and how it complements organic efforts.
• Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or related fields are a plus
