Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented SEO & Paid Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing strategies. The candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, generating quality leads, and optimizing digital campaigns for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform regular SEO audits and ensure website compliance with Google Webmaster Guidelines.
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Ads Manager.
- Optimize paid campaigns for lead generation, conversion rate, CTR, and ROI.
- Troubleshoot SEO-related issues such as crawl errors, indexing problems, broken links, and site speed optimization.
- Coordinate with content, social media, and design teams to align digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
- Manage ad budgets effectively and monitor campaign spending.
Requirements- Proven experience in SEO and Paid Ads/Digital Marketing. 2-3 years
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
- Experience in campaign optimization and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
