About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our vibrant team at Vionsys IT Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies and a proven track record of driving organic growth. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO campaigns that enhance our online presence and improve search engine rankings. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building activities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including content, marketing, and development to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives. The position is based at our office in Pune, and candidates must be available for immediate to 15 days notice periods.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page optimization techniques. Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog is essential. A solid grasp of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is required to track and analyze performance metrics effectively. Candidates should demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver measurable results. A degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though extensive hands-on experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings across multiple platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Optimize website architecture, content, and metadata to enhance indexing and crawling performance by search engines.
- Execute off-page SEO activities, including high-quality link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to increase domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content and website updates.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.
